摘 要:目的探讨同伴互助健康宣教联合实景观摩学习对CT增强造影检查患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2022年1月至12月在本院行CT增强造影检查的220例患者,根据检查时间将其分为对照组(2022年1月至6月)和观察组(2022年7月至12月),各110例。对照组行常规健康宣教,观察组实施同伴互助健康宣教联合实景观摩学习。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的呼吸配合达标时间、心率达标时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的CT增强造影认知率、治疗依从率、图像质量合格率及检查满意率高于对照组,造影剂渗漏、肢体肿胀发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同伴互助健康宣教联合实景观摩学习能有效提高患者对CT增强造影的认知,减轻造影期间的不良情绪,提高造影配合度及检查满意率,提升造影成像质量,减少不良反应情况发生。Objective To explore the effect of peer-assisted health education combined with real landscape learning on the treatment compliance of patients undergoing CT enhanced angiography examination.Methods A total of 220 patients who underwent CT enhanced angiography examination in our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(January to June 2022)and observation group(July to December 2022)according to the examination time,with 110 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,while the observation group received peer-assisted health education combined with real landscape learning.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the time to reach the standard of respiratory coordination and heart rate of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cognitive rate of CT enhanced angiography,treatment compliance rate,image quality pass rate and examination satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the incidences of contrast agent leakage and limb swelling were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The peer-assisted health education combined with real landscape learning can effectively improve patients'cognition of CT enhanced angiography,relieve bad mood during angiography,improve angiography cooperation and examination satisfaction rate,elevate the quality of angiography imaging,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
