摘　　要：目的探讨术前积极心理暗示结合术中复合保温措施用于肺癌根治术中的临床价值。方法选取2022年4月至2023年4月收治的100例行肺癌根治术患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施术前积极心理暗示结合术中复合保温措施。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的恐惧视觉模拟评分(FAVS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的面对评分高于对照组,回避、屈服评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前积极心理暗示结合术中复合保温措施用于肺癌根治术中不仅能够减轻患者的心理应激反应,改善其应对方式,还能降低术后并发症的发生风险。Objective To explore the clinical value of preoperative positive psychological suggestion combined with intraoperative composite thermal insulation measures in lung cancer radical surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent radical surgery of lung cancer from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given preoperative positive psychological suggestion combined with intraoperative composite thermal insulation measures on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Fear Visual Analogue Scale(FAVS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the face score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the avoidance and yield scores were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative positive psychological suggestion combined with intraoperative composite thermal insulation measures for radical surgery of lung cancer can not only reduce the psychological stress response of patients,improve their coping style,but also reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
