叙事护理联合凯格尔运动在经尿道前列腺剜除术后暂时性尿失禁中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨叙事护理联合凯格尔运动在经尿道前列腺剜除术(TUEP)后暂时性尿失禁中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年9月广东省遂溪县人民医院泌尿外科收治的60例良性前列腺增生行TUEP术后暂时性尿失禁患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,各30例。试验组接受叙事护理联合凯格尔运动,对照组接受传统干预。比较两组的国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷简表(ICIQ-SF)、King's健康问卷(KHQ)、尿失禁影响问卷(IIQ)评分及盆底肌肉功能、护理满意度。结果干预前,两组的ICIQ-SF、KHQ及IIQ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组的ICIQ-SF、KHQ及IIQ评分均降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组的盆底肌肉电刺激强度和肌电图评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组的盆底肌肉电刺激强度和肌电图评分均升高,且试验组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论叙事护理联合凯格尔运动在TUEP术后暂时性尿失禁患者中的效果理想,可改善暂时性尿失禁症状,提高生活质量,增强盆底肌肉功能,提升患者满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of narrative nursing combined with Kegel exercise in temporary urinary incontinence after transurethral enucleation of prostate(TUEP).Methods A total of 60 patients with temporary urinary incontinence after TUEP for benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted in the urology department of Suixi County People's Hospital from January 2021 to September 2023 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group received narrative nursing combined with Kegel exercise,and the control group received traditional intervention.The International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire Urinary Incontinence Short Form(ICIQ-SF),King's Health Questionnaire(KHQ),Incontinence Impact Questionnaire(IIQ)scores,pelvic floor muscle function and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in ICIQ-SF,KHQ and IIQ scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of ICIQ-SF,KHQ and IIQ the two groups decreased,and those of the experimental group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in pelvic floor muscle electrical stimulation intensity and electromyography score between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the pelvic floor muscle electrical stimulation intensity and electromyography score of the two groups increased,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative nursing combined with Kegel exercise is effective in patients with temporary urinary incontinence after TUEP,it can improve the symptoms of temporary urinary incontinence,elevate
