踝泵运动联合气压力抗栓泵在预防子宫肌瘤患者术后下肢深静脉血栓形成中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨踝泵运动联合气压力抗栓泵在预防子宫肌瘤患者术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)中的应用效果。方法选取2019年8月至2020年8月本院收治的127例子宫肌瘤术后患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(63例)和观察组(64例)。对照组给予常规术后护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予踝泵运动联合气压力抗栓泵干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的下肢DVT发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的凝血酶原时间(PT)短于干预前,纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-D)水平高于干预前(P<0.05);干预后,观察组的PT长于对照组,FIB、D-D水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的下肢股静脉血流量、峰值流速、平均流速高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论踝泵运动联合气压力抗栓泵有助于预防子宫肌瘤患者术后下肢DVT,可改善凝血功能和血流动力学指标,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of ankle pump exercise combined with air pressure antithrombotic pump in preventing postoperative deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower extremity in patients with uterine fibroids.Methods From August 2019 to August 2020,127 patients undergoing uterine fibroids surgery treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(63 cases)and observation group(64 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given routine postoperative nursing intervention,and the observation group was given ankle pump exercise combined with air pressure antithrombotic pump intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of DVT of lower extremity in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the prothrombin time(PT)of the two groups was shorter than that before intervention,and the levels of fibrinogen(FIB)and D-dimer(D-D)were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05);after intervention,the PT of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the FIB and D-D levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the lower extremity femoral venous blood flow,peak flow rate and average flow rate of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ankle pump exercise combined with air pressure antithrombotic pump is helpful to prevent postoperative DVT of lower extremity in patients with uterine fibroids.It can ameliorate coagulation function and hemodynamic indexes,and improve nursing satisfaction.
