摘　　要：目的探讨锁骨中段移位性骨折患者采用钢板内固定术对骨折愈合及肩关节功能的影响。方法选取2023年1月至2023年6月在河南省周口市淮阳楚氏骨科医院接受治疗的锁骨中段移位性骨折患者共计96例,根据治疗方法的不同分为研究组(n=48)与对照组(n=48),对照组采用外固定治疗,研究组采用钢板内固定术治疗,对两组骨折愈合、治疗效果、肩关节功能、生活质量及并发症发生率进行比较。结果研究组骨折愈合时间较对照组更短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率较对照组更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后3个月肩关节功能Constant评分提高,且研究组评分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后3个月世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分提高,且研究组评分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钢板内固定术应用于锁骨中段移位性骨折患者治疗中,可缩短骨折愈合时间,提高治疗有效率,改善肩关节功能,提高生活质量,减少并发症发生。Objective To explore the impact of plate internal fixation on fracture healing and shoulder function in patients with midshaft displaced clavicular fractures.Methods A total of 96 patients with midshaft displaced clavicular fractures who received treatment at Chushi Orthopedic Hospital in Huaiyang,Zhoukou City,from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected.Based on different treatment methods,the patients were divided into a study group(n=48)and a control group(n=48).The control group received external fixation treatment,while the study group underwent plate internal fixation.Fracture healing,treatment efficacy,shoulder function,quality of life,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The fracture healing time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The effective treatment rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The Constant score for shoulder function increased in both groups at 3 months post-surgery,with the study group achieving a higher score than the control group,showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The World Health Organization Quality of Life Assessment Brief Version(WHOQOL-BREF)score increased in both groups at 3 months post-surgery,with the study group scoring higher than the control group,demonstrating a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of plate internal fixation in the treatment of midshaft displaced clavicular fractures can shorten fracture healing time,improve treatment efficacy,enhance shoulder function,increase quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
