丹参多酚酸盐注射液联合灯盏生脉胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析丹参多酚酸盐注射液联合灯盏生脉胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取2022年6月至2023年6月于驻马店市第一人民医院治疗的172例慢性心力衰竭(全心衰)患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法将研究对象分为注射液联合组86例、胶囊组86例。胶囊组采用灯盏生脉胶囊治疗,注射液联合组使用丹参多酚酸盐注射液+灯盏生脉胶囊治疗,均在治疗前与治疗后1个月对比心功能相关指标,高敏心肌肌钙蛋白T(hs-cTnT)、血液流变学指标、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室收缩末期容量(LVESV)水平低于治疗前,且注射液联合组LVE SV、LVEDD、LVESD水平低于胶囊组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组全血还原黏度、高切还原黏度、低切还原黏度水平低于治疗前,且注射液联合组全血还原黏度、高切还原黏度、低切还原黏度水平低于胶囊组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。注射液联合组治疗有效率(97.67%)高于胶囊组(88.37%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。注射液联合组不良反应发生率(2.32%)与胶囊组(1.16%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联合使用丹参多酚酸盐注射液和灯盏生脉胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭,可改善患者心功能相关指标,hs-cTnT水平,血液流变学,提升临床疗效,且不会额外增加不良反应。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolate Acid injection combined with Dengzhan Shengmai Capsules in treating chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 172 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to The First People's Hospital of Zhumadian from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into an injection combination group(86 cases)and a capsule group(86 cases)using a random number table.The capsule group was treated with Dengzhan Shengmai Capsules,while the injection combination group was treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolate Acid injection and Dengzhan Shengmai Capsules.Heart function-related indicators,highsensitivity cardiac troponin T(hs-cTnT),hemorheology parameters,clinical efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared before and one month after treatment.Results After treatment,both groups showed lower levels of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),and left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV)compared to before treatment.The injection combination group had lower levels of LVESV,LVEDD,and LVESD than the capsule group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Post-treatment,whole blood reduced viscosity,high-shear reduced viscosity,and low-shear reduced viscosity levels were lower in both groups compared to pre-treatment levels,with the injection combination group showing significantly lower levels than the capsule group(P<0.05).The treatment efficacy rate in the injection combination group(97.67%)was higher than in the capsule group(88.37%),showing statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the injection combination group(2.32%)was not significantly different from that in the capsule group(1.16%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolate Acid injection and Dengzhan Shengmai Capsules in the treatment of chronic heart failure can improve heart function-related indicators,hs-cTnT levels,
