时间护理理念的精细化护理在糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的研究糖尿病周围神经病变患者在临床中实施时间护理理念的精细化护理效果与应用意义。方法依据随机数表法,将叶县人民医院2022年3月至2024年3月期间收治的98例糖尿病周围神经病变患者划分为两组,分别为对照组(n=49,常规护理)以及观察组(n=49,时间护理理念的精细化护理)。观察两组患者护理前后电生理指标以及患者治疗依从性。结果与护理前相比,护理后两组患者正中神经运动传导速度、正中神经感觉传导速度、腓总神经运动传导速度、腓总神经感觉传导速度均有提高,且护理后,观察组患者各生理指标均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与护理前相比,护理后两组患者治疗依从性均有增加,且观察组患者各项治疗依从性评分均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病周围神经病变患者,采用精细化护理策略实施时间护理理念能够有效提升其神经电生理指标,并增强治疗的依从性。Objective To study the effects and significance of implementing refined nursing care based on the time nursing concept in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in a clinical setting.Methods A total of 98 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated at Ye County People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were divided into two groups using the random number table method:the control group(n=49,receiving conventional nursing)and the observation group(n=49,receiving refined nursing care based on the time nursing concept).The electrophysiological indicators and treatment adherence of patients in both groups were observed before and after nursing interventions.Results Compared with before nursing,the motor and sensory conduction velocities of the median and common peroneal nerves improved after nursing in both groups;furthermore,the physiological indicators in the observation group after nursing were significantly greater than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Additionally,compared with before nursing,treatment adherence increased in both groups after nursing,and the adherence scores for the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,applying a refined nursing strategy based on the time nursing concept can effectively improve their electrophysiological indicators and enhance treatment adherence.
