摘  要:目的了解慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺康复健康教育及教育提供者的体验,为针对性实施肺康复健康教育干预方案提供科学依据。方法采用现象学研究法,对11例COPD患者、19例医护人员进行半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi七步分析法分析访谈资料。结果共提炼出4个主题和14个亚主题:患者机体功能状况下降(安全风险增加、视力听力减退、认知功能减退),疾病知识缺乏(疾病有关基础知识、药物知识、运动锻炼、饮食与营养、心理保健),肺康复依从性差(经济压力、缺乏监督措施、心理负担重),健康教育质量参差不齐(建立规范的肺康复健康教育体系、实现教育同质化、激励制度)。结论COPD患者肺康复健康教育体验复杂多样,医护人员应依据患者机体功能状况,选择适宜的教育策略,激发患者好奇心,拓展信息渠道,多措并举以提高肺康复依从性,建立规范的肺康复健康教育体系以提高教育质量。Objective To understand the experiences of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients and educators in providing pulmonary rehabilitation health education,with the aim of providing a scientific basis for targeted pulmonary rehabilitation health education intervention programs.Methods A phenomenological research approach was employed,conducting semi-structured interviews with 11 COPD patients and 19 healthcare providers,followed by analysis of the interview data using Colaizzi's seven-step analysis method.Results Four main themes and 14 sub-themes were extracted:decreased physical condition of patients(increased safety risks,decline in vision and hearing,cognitive decline),lack of disease knowledge(fundamental knowledge about the disease,medication knowledge,exercise,diet and nutrition,mental health care),poor adherence to pulmonary rehabilitation(economic pressure,lack of supervision measures,significant psychological burden),and inconsistent quality of health education(establishing a standardized pulmonary rehabilitation health education system,achieving homogenization of education,incentive systems).Conclusion The experiences of COPD patients regarding pulmonary rehabilitation health education are complex and diverse.Healthcare providers should choose appropriate educational strategies based on the functional status of patients,stimulate patients'curiosity,expand information channels,and adopt multiple approaches to improve adherence to pulmonary rehabilitation.Additionally,establishing a standardized pulmonary rehabilitation health education system is essential for enhancing the quality of education.
