摘 要:工业射线胶片乳剂在乳化及物理成熟过程中会生成卤化银颗粒,卤化银颗粒粒度分布状态是判定乳化合格与否的重要指标,传统镜检结果代表性差,激光粒度仪测试法操作简便、测试速率快、测试范围广,但其测试条件需要优化与选择。本文系统考察折射率虚部、遮光率、分散剂、超声波分散时间重复性这5个激光粒度分布仪测试条件对测试结果的影响,筛选出了最佳的测试条件,分别为折射率虚部为3.00、遮光率为7.00%~9.00%、不加入分散剂、超声分散时间为1 min,基于此建立工业射线胶片乳剂粒度分布测试方法,并应用于生产过程控制,其重复性允许偏差均在允许范围内,为了解乳剂在乳化结束后的粒度分布状态提供技术支持,健全工业射线胶片生产过程质量标准控制水平。During the emulsification and physical ripening processes of industrial radiographic film,silver halide particles are formed.The particle size distribution of these silver halide particles is a crucial indicator for determining whether the emulsification process is qualified.Traditional microscopic examination methods have poor representativeness,whereas the laser particle size analyzer offers advantages such as simple operation,fast testing speed,and a wide testing range.However,the testing conditions for this method need to be optimized and selected.This paper systematically investigates the impact of five testing conditions of the laser particle size analyzer-namely,the imaginary part of the refractive index,obscuration rate,dispersant,and ultrasonic dispersion time,repeatability deviation-on the test results.The optimal testing conditions were identified as follows:an imaginary part of the refractive index of 3.00,an obscuration rate of 7.00%to 9.00%,no dispersant added,and an ultrasonic dispersion time of 1 minute.Based on these conditions,a method for testing the particle size distribution of industrial radiographic film emulsions was established and applied to production process control.The repeatability deviation was within the acceptable range,providing technical support for understanding the particle size distribution state of the emulsion after emulsification and improving the quality control standards of the industrial radiographic film production process.
