绿色化学视域下对三氯甲烷替代品的探索性研究

摘  要:三氯甲烷作为一种常见的有机溶剂,在化工、医药、农药等领域应用广泛,但其对环境安全和人体的危害也日益凸显,寻找三氯甲烷等有害化学品的绿色替代品已成为绿色化学研究的热点。本文首先梳理绿色化学的核心原则,其次确定替代品的筛选标准,最后结合当前研究现状,从安全性、有效性和可持续性3方面对乙酸乙酯、2-甲基四氢呋喃、二甲基亚砜及ENASOLV 365AZ这4种潜在的三氯甲烷替代品进行详尽的分析与探讨,为化学工业的绿色转型提供支持。未来,应进一步加强替代品的环境影响评估,并不断探索新型、高效、环保的替代品,推动绿色化学技术的创新与应用,实现化学工业的可持续发展。As a common organic solvent,trichloromethane is widely used in chemical industry,medicine,pesticide,and other fields,but its harm to the environmental safety and human body is also increasingly prominent,so finding a green substitute for trichloromethane and other harmful chemicals has become a hot spot in green chemistry research.This paper first sorted out the core principles of green chemistry,then determined the screening criteria for alternatives,and finally,combined with the current research status,conducted a detailed analysis and discussion on four potential trichloromethane substitutes,namely ethyl acetate,2-methyltetrahydrofuran,dimethyl sulfoxide and ENASOLV 365AZ,from three aspects of safety,effectiveness,and sustainability,which provided strong support for the green transformation of chemical industry.In the future,the environmental impact assessment of alternatives should be further strengthened,and new,efficient and environmentally friendly alternatives should be continuously explored to promote the innovation and application of green chemistry technology to achieve sustainable development of the chemical industry.
