摘　　要：以民用住宅项目为例,介绍了开展全专业BIM正向设计的前期准备工作,提出了各专业BIM正向设计流程及实施路径。基于自主研发的出图处理软件,解决了三维模型导出施工图的难题,验证了正向设计出图的可行性。最后,总结了项目实施效果和应用亮点,以期为正向设计的推广提供借鉴的经验。Taking a civil residential project as an example,the paper introduces the preparatory work for carrying out full major BIM forward design,and proposes the BIM forward design process and implementation path for each major.Based on self-developed drawing processing software,the problem of exporting construction drawings from 3D models has been solved,and the feasibility of forward design drawing has been verified.Finally,the paper summarizes the project implementation effect and application highlights,in order to provide the reference experience for the promotion of forward design.
