摘　　要：某单晶硅企业原有循环冷却水耗散热量的方式为通过冷却塔将多余热量向空气或工业水中耗散。通过设置余热供热系统,一方面能够减少冷却水在塔中的损失,减少冷却塔风机运行耗电;另一方面可满足工业园区部分用户冬季供暖需求。该项目的实施,对保证工业园区用能安全、促进当地节能减排、优化能源结构具有促进作用,为建设节能型的工业园区起到示范作用。The original way of circulating cooling water in a monocrystalline silicon enterprise is to dissipate the excess heat to the air or industrial water through the cooling tower.By setting the waste heat heating system,it can reduce the loss of cooling water in the tower and reduce the power consumption of the cooling tower fan;on the other hand,it can meet the heating demand of some users in the industrial park in winter.The implementation of this project will promote the safety of energy use in industrial parks,promote local energy conservation and emission reduction,optimize the energy structure,and play a demonstration role in the construction of energy-saving industrial parks.
