摘　　要：根据国内已投产垃圾焚烧发电运行现状,分析轴封加热器疏水困难问题造成的原因,从增加垃圾电厂实际运行灵活性出发,提出了一种可动态调节水封高度的多级水封装置。垃圾发电厂采用该水封装置可以根据运行需求调节水封高度,从而解决由各种原因带来的凝汽器运行压力波动导致的轴封加热器疏水困难的问题,在提高机组运行灵活性的同时也提高了运行的安全性和可靠性。According to the operation situation of waste incineration power generation in China,the causes of the drainage problem of shaft sealing heater are analyzed,and a multi-stage water sealing device that can dynamically adjust the water sealing height is proposed to increase the actual operation flexibility of waste power plant.The water sealing device used in the waste power plant can adjust the water sealing height according to the operation demand.Thus,the problem of shaft seal heater caused by the operating pressure fluctuation caused by various reasons is solved.It improves the flexibility of unit operation and also improves the safety and reliability of operation.
