摘 要:近年来,电力电子技术在电力系统中的广泛应用对中压设备的长期运行带来了挑战。电力电子系统通常采用脉宽调制技术(PWM),由于电力电子元件发出的开关脉冲与配电网无源参数(电阻、电感和电容)之间的相互作用,会产生频率高达数万赫兹的高次谐波和脉冲,叠加到工频电压上使设备电压失真,重复过电压会显著缩短中压设备寿命,论文提出一种多频域复合加速老化试验系统,用于在多频域脉冲叠加条件下加速中压设备的老化。在高次谐波脉冲电压及系统散热的共同作用下,将联合电压施加在中压设备,模拟包含电力电子设备的电力系统真实运行工况。In recent years,the widespread application of power electronics technology in the power system has posed challenges to the operation of medium voltage insulation equipment.Power electronic systems typically use pulse width modulation(PWM)technology.Due to the interaction between the switching pulses emitted by power electronic components and passive parameters of the distribution network(resistors,inductors,and capacitors),harmonics and pulses with main frequencies up to tens of thousands of hertz may be generated,causing voltage distortion and superposition on the power frequency voltage.Repeated overvoltage can significantly shorten the life of medium voltage equipment.This article proposes a multi frequency domain composite accelerated aging test system for accelerating the aging of medium voltage insulation equipment under multi pulse conditions.Under the combined action of high-frequency voltage and thermodynamics,multiple frequency domain voltages are applied to medium voltage insulation equipment to simulate the real operating conditions of power systems containing power electronic devices.
