摘 要:由于兵器行业的特殊性,现行的智能制造能力成熟度评估模型无法完全匹配行业特点,难以真实体现兵器某类企业智能制造能力成熟度水平。鉴于此,针对兵器行业某类企业的特点特征,建立一套适用于该类企业的评估模型与评估方法,并以此为基础开展评估系统的开发探索研究。对兵器某类企业智能制造成熟度按照能力要素、多层级指标进行评分评级,形成匹配该类企业属性的评估报告,助力企业了解自身智能制造能力水平,制定正确的发展目标。Due to the particularities of the ordnance industry,the current intelligent manufacturing capability maturity assessment model cannot fully match the industry's characteristics,making it difficult to accurately reflect the maturity level of intelligent manufacturing capabilities of certain types of ordnance enterprises.In view of this,establishing a set of assessment model and assessment method tailored to the characteristics of certain types of ordnance enterprises,and developing an assessment system based on this foundation.By evaluating the maturity of intelligent manufacturing capabilities according to capability elements and multi-level indicators,and forming an assessment report that matches the attributes of the enterprises,assisting them understand their own intelligent manufacturing capability levels and set the right direction for development.
