摘 要:针对我国的民居建筑的能耗和碳排放量较多问题,分析了建筑结构对能耗的影响,通过被动式技术对目标建筑完成低能耗改造。测试结果显示,供暖能耗在改造前为63.35 kW·h,改造后仅21.64 kW·h,且改造后的燃煤锅炉供热碳排放量仅15.86 t/a。结果表明,改造后建筑的能耗和碳排放量均有明显减少,研究提出的改造方式有利于节能减排和环境改善。In view of the high energy consumption and carbon emission of residential buildings in China,the influence of building structure on energy consumption is analyzed,and low energy consumption transformation of target buildings is completed through passive technology.The test results show that the heating energy consumption was 63.35 kW·h before the transformation,and only 21.64 kW·h after the transformation,and the heating carbon emission of the reformed coal-fired boiler is only 15.86 t/a.The results show that the energy consumption and carbon emissions of the buildings after the renovation are significantly reduced,and the proposed renovation method is beneficial to energy saving and environmental improvement.
