摘 要:通过对机械工厂集中淋浴设计中热水热源选择、热水量确定、空压机余热利用系统流程、热水系统控制及热水管材选取等问题的探讨,介绍了一种利用空压机余热作为热源的机械工厂集中淋浴供水方案。空压机余热回收是指在没有能源消耗的前提下,利用一款新型高效的余热利用设备回收空压机废余热来加热冷水的一种节能环保技术。作为新型高效的余热利用设备,将其用于解决员工的生活用热水问题,不仅为企业节省能源的消耗,还节省大量的成本,具备条件时应优先使用。Through the discussion of issues such as the selection of hot water heat sources,determination of hot water volume,process of the waste heat utilization system of air compressors,control of the hot water system,and selection of hot water piping materials in the centralized shower design of a mechanical factory,a centralized shower water supply scheme for a mechanical factory using waste heat from air compressors as the heat source is introduced.The recovery of waste heat from air compressors refers to an energy-saving and environmentally friendly technology that uses a new type of highly efficient waste heat utilization equipment to recover waste heat from air compressors to heat cold water without consuming energy.As a new type of highly efficient waste heat utilization equipment,it is used to solve the problem of hot water for employees’daily life,not only saving energy consumption for enterprises but also saving a large amount of costs.It should be given priority when conditions permit.
