摘 要:研究了基于生态修复的城市黑臭水体治理长效机制与技术集成体系,长效机制包括健全法规监管、多元资金投入、公众参与监督及区域协同治理等方面,技术集成体系包含控源截污、内源治理、生态修复与活水循环清水补给技术。运用上述举措综合治理南方某城市B河3年后,水质大幅改善,黑臭消失,达到了地表水Ⅲ类标准,生态环境好转,证明该治理模式具有可行性与有效性。The long-term mechanism and technology integration system for urban black and odorous water body treatment based on ecological restoration were studied.The long-term mechanism includes sound regulatory supervision,multiple capital investment,public participation in supervision and regional collaborative governance,etc.The technology integration system includes source control and pollution interception,internal governance,ecological restoration and fresh water circulation recharge technologies.After applying the above measures to comprehensively treat river B in a southern city for 3 years,the water quality has been greatly improved,the black odor has disappeared,the surface water has reached the Class III standard,and the ecological environment has improved,which proves that the treatment model is feasible and effective.
