摘 要:为研究抗裂性水泥稳定碎石基层施工技术,论文介绍了水泥稳定碎石基层裂缝产生的机理,根据抗裂措施的研究现状,提出了通过添加粉煤灰来改善水泥稳定碎石基层的抗裂性能。依托实际工程,研究不同粉煤灰掺量对水泥稳定碎石基层抗裂性能的影响,分析不同粉煤灰掺量对水泥稳碎石的无限抗压强度、干缩性和温缩性的影响。研究结果表明,粉煤灰掺量在5%10%时,水泥稳定碎石抗压强度最大,抗干缩和温缩性能最好。In order to study the construction technology of cement stabilized gravel base,the paper introduces the mechanism of crack generation of cement stabilized gravel base,and proposes to improve the crack resistance of cement stabilized gravel base by adding fly ash according to the research status of anti-crack measures.Based on the actual project,the influence of different fly ash content on the crack resistance of cement stabilized crushed stone base was studied,and the influence of different fly ash content on the infinite compressive strength,dry shrinkage and temperature shrinkage of cement stabilized crushed stone was analyzed.The results show that the cement stabilized crushed stone has the highest compressive strength and the best dry shrinkage and temperature shrinkage resistance when the fly ash content is 5%~10%.
