摘　　要：在掌握建筑工程施工管理与进度控制概述的基础上,从施工组织设计、质量管理、安全管理、成本管理4个方面,分析了建筑工程施工管理的主要内容,同时,强调了利用智能化技术编制施工进度计划、抓好计划执行和调整、优化施工流程等工程进度控制措施,有助于提升工程施工管理与进度控制水平,从根本上减少工程延误、成本超支等问题,从而推动建筑工程行业可持续发展。On the basis of construction management and schedule control overview,from the construction organization design,quality management,safety management,cost management,analyzes the main content of construction engineering construction management,at the same time,emphasizes the use of intelligent technology construction schedule,pays special attention to the plan execution and adjustment,optimize the construction process of project progress control measures,help to improve the level of engineering construction management and schedule control,fundamentally reduce engineering delay,cost overruns,so as to promote the sustainable development of construction engineering industry.
