摘  要:住宅建筑的节能改造中,需要考虑建筑能耗的影响因素,并进行针对性调整,从而在满足住户对舒适度需求的同时,也能实现对能耗的有效控制,提升建筑的节能效果。本文结合某住宅建筑的节能改造进行分析,针对建筑运行过程中的能耗进行动态模拟,确立改善门窗传热性能、外窗密闭性、屋面隔热的改造方案,并通过动态模拟,确定改造方案能够降低15.08%的碳排放,获得了比较好的控制效果。希望能够为其他建筑改造工作提供参考,优化建筑的节能改造方式,满足当前的节能减排需求。In the energy-saving renovation of residential buildings,it is necessary to consider the influencing factors of building energy consumption and make targeted adjustments,so as to meet the residents'demand for comfort while effectively controlling energy consumption and improving the energy-saving effect of buildings.This paper analyzes the energy-saving renovation of a certain residential building,conducts dynamic simulation of energy consumption during the building's operation process,and establishes renovation plans to improve the heat transfer performance of doors and windows,the airtightness of exterior windows,and the insulation of the roof.Through dynamic simulation,it is determined that the renovation plan can reduce carbon emissions by 15.08%,achieving a relatively good control effect.It is hoped that this can provide a reference for other building renovation works,optimize the energy-saving renovation methods of buildings,and meet the current energy conservation and emission reduction requirements.
