摘 要:老旧小区改造工程是国家的重大民生工程,其混凝土结构普遍存在耐久性差、裂缝多等问题,严重影响老旧小区的使用功能和外观。为进一步提高老旧小区改造工程混凝土的力学性能,采用绿色硅基防水剂对混凝土进行处理,研究不同硅基防水剂掺量对混凝土力学性能和碳排放量的影响。试验结果表明,掺有绿色硅基防水剂的混凝土抗压强度高于OC混凝土,其中SC-4的抗压强度最高,较OC、SC-3、SC-5分别增加52%、8.5%、5.5%。绿色硅基防水剂掺量为40%时,混凝土碳排放量达到最低130kgCO_(2)e/t,较OC及SC-3分别降低48.0%及31.58%。因此绿色硅基防水剂掺量为40%时,混凝土碳排放量达到最低。The renovation project of old residential areas is a major livelihood project of the country.Its concrete structure generally has problems such as poor durability and multiple cracks,which seriously affect the functionality and appearance of old residential areas.To further improve the mechanical properties of concrete in the renovation project of old residential areas,green silicon-based waterproofing agents are used to treat the concrete,and the effects of different dosages of silicon-based waterproofing agents on the mechanical properties and carbon emissions of concrete are studied.The experimental results show that the compressive strength of concrete mixed with green silicon-based waterproofing agent is higher than that of OC concrete,with SC-4 having the highest compressive strength,increasing by 52%,8.5%,and 5.5%respectively compared to OC,SC-3,and SC-5.When the dosage of green silicon-based waterproofing agent is 40%,the carbon emissions of concrete reach a minimum of 130kg CO_(2) e/t,which is 48.0%and 31.58%lower than OC and SC-3,respectively.Therefore,when the dosage of green silicon-based waterproofing agent is 40%,the carbon emissions of concrete reach the lowest level.
