摘　　要：运用合理的方法检测绿色建筑实际运行情况,是确定相关施工技术在应用后是否达到预期效果的重要手段,文章中首先阐述了绿色建筑运行检测的意义,然后分析了绿色建筑检测技术特点,最后结合绿色建筑工程实际案例探讨绿色建筑运行检测方法,最终结果证明实施绿色建筑运行检测工作可准确评定绿色建筑技术实际运用效果,可为相关技术进一步应用与推广打下坚实基础。Employing reasonable methods to detect the actual operation of green buildings is an important means to determine whether the relevant construction technologies have achieved the expected results after application.This article first elaborates on the significance of green building operation testing,then analyzes the characteristics of green building testing technologies,and finally discusses the operation testing methods of green buildings in combination with actual cases of green building projects.The final results prove that implementing green building operation testing work can accurately assess the actual application effect of green building technologies and lay a solid foundation for the further application and promotion of related technologies.
