摘 要:在全球资源紧缺和气候变化的背景下,城市建筑可持续发展已成为建筑设计领域的关键议题。本文探讨了智能建筑与生态建筑在实现城市建筑可持续发展方面的作用和影响,并以新加坡绿色建筑项目和德国节能办公楼为案例,揭示了绿色屋顶、智能控制系统和生态材料等技术的融合如何有效提升建筑的环境效益,减少碳排放,实现资源的循环利用。从建筑设计理念、技术实践等方面总结了智能生态建筑技术的应用策略,旨在为未来城市建筑的智能化、生态化和可持续发展提供参考。In the context of global resource scarcity and climate change,the sustainable development of urban building has become a key issue in the field of building design.This paper explores the role and impact of intelligent buildings and ecological buildings in achieving sustainable urban building.Using case studies of green building projects in Singapore and energy-efficient office buildings in Germany,it reveals how the integration of technologies such as green roofs,intelligent control systems,and ecological materials can effectively enhance the environmental performance of buildings,reduce carbon emissions,and promote resource recycling.The paper summarizes the application strategies of intelligent ecological building technologies from the perspectives of architectural design concepts and technological practices,aiming to provide references for the intelligent,ecological,and sustainable development of future urban building.
