摘 要:本研究旨在验证基于物联网技术的智能建筑设计在节能性和运行有效性方面的优势,依托当前建筑功能需求设计智能楼宇自控方案,并以某大楼为例验证该方案的有效性,包括智能照明、智能供暖与制冷、智能安防、智能停车与交通管理等功能,对其运行数据进行监测与分析。结果显示,基于物联网驱动下的智能建筑设计在运行阶段总体能耗减少43.8%以上,展现出优越条件,具备广泛应用前景。This study aims to verify the advantages of intelligent building design based on Internet of Things technology in terms of energy efficiency and operational effectiveness.Based on the current functional requirements of buildings,an intelligent building automation scheme is designed,and the effectiveness of the scheme is verified by taking a certain building as an example,including intelligent lighting,intelligent heating and cooling,intelligent security,intelligent parking and traffic management,etc.The operational data is monitored and analyzed.The results show that intelligent building design driven by the Internet of Things reduces overall energy consumption by more than 43.8%during operation,demonstrating superior conditions and having broad application prospects.
