摘　　要：本文结合某构件预制厂进行的生产流程,建立了群智协同的生产控制系统。建立系统的运行机制,并通过模拟分析和生产中的实际应用,验证了该系统具备较强的生产调度功能,可以满足预制构件的生产需求。相关企业可以参考本文系统,优化预制构件生产。In this paper,combining the production process of a component prefabrication plant,a production control system of teamwork and intelligence cooperation was established.The operation mechanism of the system is established,and through simulation analysis and practical application in production,it is verified that the system has strong production scheduling function and can meet the production demand of prefabricated components.Relevant enterprises can refer to this system to optimize the production of prefabricated components.
