摘 要:在全球第四次工业革命的背景下,建筑业的数字化转型已成为必然趋势。装配式建筑作为一种新型的建筑方式,通过在工厂预制构件并在现场组装,显著提升了施工效率和质量,减少了对环境的影响。本文研究了基于RFID技术的装配式建筑信息管理流程,重点探讨了生产、存放、配送和安装四个阶段的信息管理平台的研发与应用。研究内容包括确定RFID标签的类型和原材料,进行标签试验,构建生产阶段的信息管理平台,堆场建设和存放阶段的信息管理,以及配送和安装阶段的信息管理。通过RFID技术的应用,实现了装配式建筑全过程的信息追踪与管理,提升了建筑产业的智能化水平。研究表明,RFID技术在装配式建筑信息管理中的应用,不仅提高了生产效率和管理水平,还为建筑产业的数字化转型提供了有力支持。Against the backdrop of the Fourth Industrial Revolution worldwide,the digital transformation of the construction industry has become an inevitable trend.As a new type of construction method,prefabricated buildings significantly improve construction efficiency and quality by prefabricating components in factories and assembling them on site,reducing environmental impact.This article studies the information management process of prefabricated buildings based on RFID technology,focusing on the development and application of an information management platform for four stages:production,storage,distribution,and installation.The research content includes determining the types and raw materials of RFID tags,conducting tag experiments,building an information management platform for the production stage,managing information during the yard construction and storage stage,and managing information during the distribution and installation stage.Through the application of RFID technology,information tracking and management throughout the entire process of prefabricated buildings have been achieved,enhancing the intelligence level of the construction industry.Research has shown that the application of RFID technology in prefabricated building information management not only improves production efficiency and management level,but also provides strong support for the digital transformation of the construction industry.
