摘 要:在城市规划中,尤其是大规模建筑群体的项目中,BIM技术的应用能够显著提升各阶段的协调与管理效率。研究将以深圳北理莫斯科大学项目作为研究对象,通过集成各专业设计信息,进行三维建模和模拟分析,对设计、施工及运营管理进行深入研究。研究结果表明,BIM技术在设计阶段通过信息集成和参数化设计,减少了设计冲突和返工,提高了设计效率和质量;在施工阶段,通过施工模拟和进度管理,优化了施工方案,确保了施工进度的准确性和灵活性;在运营与维护阶段,通过全面的信息管理和系统集成,提高了运营管理的精确性和效率。In urban planning,especially in large-scale building projects,the application of BIM technology can significantly improve the coordination and management efficiency at all stages.The research will take the Shenzhen North Moscow University project as the research object,integrate design information from various majors,conduct 3D modeling and simulation analysis,and conduct in-depth research on design.construction,and operation management.The research results indicate that BIM technology reduces design conflicts and rework during the design phase through information integration and parametric design,improving design efficiency and quality;During the construction phase,the construction plan was optimized through construction simulation and schedule management,ensuring the accuracy and flexibility of the construction schedule;In the operation and maintenance phase,comprehensive information management and system integration have improved the accuracy and efficiency of operation management.
