摘  要:随着社会发展和科技进步,BIM技术也迅速发展。BIM技术通过三维模型、数据管理、多方面协同等功能,为BIM技术在机电深化设计中的应用提供了全方位的支持。在机电深化设计中使用BIM技术有诸多优势,最显著是能提高工程的施工效率和施工质量。本文首先简要介绍BIM技术,然后介绍机电深化设计,最后分析BIM技术在机电深化设计中模数分段、支吊架布置这两个方面的应用。通过BIM技术的应用,提高施工的效率和质量,减少返工情况,为BIM技术在机电深化设计中的应用提供参考。With the development of society and the advancement of science and technology,BIM technology has also developed rapidly.BIM technology provides all-round support for the application of BIM technology in mechanical and electrical detailed design through 3D model,data management,multi-faceted collaboration and other functions.There are many advantages to using BIM technology in M&E detailing,the most significant of which is to improve the efficiency and quality of the project.This paper first briefly introduces BIM technology,then introduces the electromechanical detailed design,and finally analyzes the application of BIM technology in the mechanical and electrical detailed design.Through the application of BIM technology,the efficiency and quality of construction can be improved,the rework situation can be reduced,and the application of BIM technology in mechanical and electrical deepening design can be provided as a reference.
