摘 要:本文分析了智能化建筑节水技术在建筑给排水系统中的应用现状,评估了各项节水技术的实际效果。智能化节水技术包括智能用水器具、中水回用系统、雨水收集利用系统等。以某大型商业综合体为例,采用定量分析方法,评估了各项智能节水技术的节水率、投资回收期等指标。结果表明,智能用水器具的平均节水率达35%,中水回用系统和雨水收集系统的节水率分别为28%和22%。三项技术的投资回收期均在5年以内。智能节水技术可显著降低建筑物的日常用水量,减少市政供水压力,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益,值得大力推广应用。但在实际运用中还需注意设备维护、水质监测等问题,确保系统长期稳定运行。This article analyzes the current application status of intelligent building water-saving technology in building water supply and drainage systems,and evaluates the actual effects of various water-saving technologies.Intelligent water-saving technologies include smart water appliances,reclaimed water reuse systems,rainwater collection and utilization systems,etc.Taking a large commercial complex as an example,quantitative analysis methods were used to evaluate the water-saving rate,investment payback period,and other indicators of various intelligent water-saving technologies.The results showed that the average water-saving rate of smart water appliances reached 35%,while the water-saving rates of reclaimed water reuse systems and rainwater collection systems were 28%and 22%,respectively.The investment payback period for all three technologies is within 5 years.Intelligent water-saving technology can significantly reduce the daily water consumption of buildings,reduce municipal water supply pressure,and has good economic and environmental benefits,which is worth promoting and applying vigorously.
