摘 要:随着我国机场建设的不断快速推进,人们对机场安全运行及与其相关的机场应急处置越来越关注。然而,对于当前多数中小型机场而言,应急指挥信息化程度还比较薄弱。本文以X机场的实践为例,介绍了该机场的应急指挥系统功能架构和应用体系架构,并对该系统的预案管理、指挥协调等诸多功能模式进行了总结和探讨。为机场应急救援体系建设和信息化平台建设提供了一种思路。With the continuous and rapid progress of airport construction in China,people are paying more and more attention to the safe operation of airports and their related emergency response.However,for most small and medium-sized airports currently,the level of emergency command informatization is still relatively low.This paper takes the practice of X airport as an example to showcase the functional architecture and application system architecture of the emergency command system of the airport,summarizes and discusses many functional modes of the system,such as contingency plan management and command coordination,thus providing a way for the construction of airport emergency rescue system and information platform.
