基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论探析糖尿病肾脏疾病的中医辨治

摘　　要：“阳化气,阴成形”理论与无形之气机的运转、有形之实体的生成密切相关。糖尿病迁延日久,气阴耗伤,导致脾肾亏虚,加之久病湿、浊、瘀、毒瘀结脉络,血瘀水停而致糖尿病肾脏疾病,与“阳化气,阴成形”理论密切相关。故文章基于该理论,阐述糖尿病肾脏疾病的病因病机及其辨证论治,以进一步为中医药治疗糖尿病肾脏疾病提供思路。The theory of“Yang transforms Qi,Yin forms substance”is closely related to the movement of the intangible Qi mechanism and the formation of tangible entities.Prolonged diabetes leads to the depletion of both Qi and Yin,resulting in deficiencies in the spleen and kidneys.Additionally,chronic illness causes dampness,turbidity,blood stasis,and toxin accumulation,which obstructs the meridians,leading to diabetic nephropathy.This is closely associated with the theory of“Yang transforms Qi,Yin forms substance”.Therefore,this article,based on this theory,elaborates on the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy and its differentiation and treatment in Traditional Chinese Medicine,providing further insights for TCM treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
