广西市售鸡骨草药材质量评价

摘　　要：目的:评价广西壮族自治区市售鸡骨草药材的质量,为鸡骨草药材的质量控制和临床安全用药提供参考。方法:收集广西壮族自治区14个地市市售28个批次的鸡骨草样品,按照《中华人民共和国药典》2020年版四部通则项下方法对样品中的水分、总灰分进行限量检查,对醇溶性浸出物含量进行测定;采用紫外分光光度法对总多糖、总皂苷、总黄酮的含量进行测定。结果:28批鸡骨草药材水分含量为9.03%~12.67%,总灰分含量为3.57%~7.66%,醇溶性浸出物含量为8.62%~13.60%,总多糖含量为1.11%~2.83%,总皂苷含量为2.711~8.748 mg/g,总黄酮含量为0.251~0.950 mg/g。结论:广西市售鸡骨草药材整体质量较好,仅1批总灰分含量超标,但指标成分含量差异比较大。Objective In order toprovide the reference for the quality control and clinical safety of Abri Herbain Guangxi,the quality of Abri Herba was evaluated.Methods 28 batches of Abri Herba were collected from 14 cities in Guangxi.Then according to the methods under the general provisions of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China 2020,the contents of moisture,total ash and alcohol-soluble in the samples were determined.Meanwhile the contents of total polysaccharides,total saponins and total flavonoids were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results The results showed that the moisture content of the samples was 9.03%-12.67%,the ash content was 3.57%-7.66%,the alcohol-soluble extract content was 8.62%-13.60%,the total polysaccharide content was 1.11%-2.83%,the total saponin content was 2.711-8.748 mg/g,and the total flavonoid content was 0.251-0.950 mg/g.Conclusion The overall quality of commercial Abri Herba in Guangxi was relatively good,but the total ash content ofonesamplefailed to meet the standard,and the contents of index components in the samples were quite different.
