摘　　要：放射性肺炎的发病为放射治疗之火毒外邪侵袭,导致火毒炽盛,肺阴亏虚,痰瘀互结。其中肺阴亏虚为本,外邪火毒侵袭为标,痰瘀互结之象伴随疾病全程。彭涛教授基于本虚标实之病机伴有痰瘀互结之证,提出首先治疗本虚之病机,预防放射性肺炎的发生。其次注意火毒侵袭之表象,阻止放射性肺炎发展,把养阴补肺作为根本治则,运用清肺益气、降火解毒、祛瘀化痰等治法。在放射性肺炎防治中提供了新的思路,具有较好的临床价值。The onset of radiation pneumonia is caused by the invasion of fire and toxin from radiation therapy,leading to the flourishing of fire and toxin,deficiency of lung yin,and accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis.Among them,deficiency of lung yin is the root cause,invasion of external pathogenic fire and toxin is the standard,and the phenomenon of phlegm and blood stasis intermingling accompanies the entire process of the disease.Professor Peng Tao,based on the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis coexisting with the pathogenesis of deficiency and excess,proposes to first treat the pathogenesis of deficiency and prevent the occurrence of radiation pneumonia.Secondly,pay attention to the appearance of fire and toxin invasion to prevent the development of radiation pneumonia.The fundamental treatment principle is to nourish yin and tonify the lungs,and use methods such as clearing the lungs and tonifying qi,reducing fire and detoxifying,and removing blood stasis and phlegm.It provides new ideas and has good clinical value in the prevention and treatment of radiation pneumonia.
