基于古今医案云平台分析中医药治疗慢性阑尾炎的用药规律

摘　　要：目的:基于古今医案云平台整理并研究中医药治疗慢性阑尾炎的用药规律,为临床治疗慢性阑尾炎提供用药参考。方法:通过检索知网、万方、维普中中药治疗慢性阑尾炎的文献,经数据筛选、清洗、标准化处理,建立标准化数据库,运用古今医案云平台进行统计分析、聚类分析及关联性分析,并进行可视化展示。结果:本研究共纳入处方62首,涉及药物124味,其中使用频次较高的药物为甘草、大黄、薏苡仁、桃仁等,性味以寒凉性、温性,苦味、辛味、甘味为主,归经以归肝经及脾经为主;聚类分析聚为4组;药物关联分析得到:大黄-桃仁、牡丹皮-桃仁、甘草-白芍为关联性较强的药对。结论:中医药治疗慢性阑尾炎多用清热通腑、行气活血之药。Objective To collect and study the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of chronic appendicitis based on the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical cases,and to provide medication reference for the clinical treatment of chronic appendicitis.Methods Search the literature on the treatment of chronic appendicitis with Chinese herbs through CNKl,Wanfang,VIP.Establish a standardized database through data selection,data cleaning,data standardization processing.Using Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform for frequency statistics,cluster analysis and correlation analysis to present the conclusion.Results A total of 62 prescriptions were obtained,including 124 drugs,and Chinese herbs used more frequently are licorice,rhubarb,coix seed,peach kernel,etc.The herbs’properties are mainly cold,cool and warm,the herbs tastes are mainly bitter,acrid and sweet,the liver and spleen meridians are mostly used.The high frequency drugs were divided into 4 groups by cluster analysis.Correlation analysis of the Chinese medicines showed that rhubarb and peach kernel,moutan bark and peach kernel,and licorice and paeony were the more strongly correlated pairs of medicines.Conclusion Chinese medicine treatment of chronic appendicitis is mostly used to clearing away heat and purgative medicinal,blood-activating and qi-moving medicinal.
