壮医针刺联合壮药离子导入治疗膝骨关节炎30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察壮医针刺联合壮药离子导入对膝骨关节炎患者的临床疗效的影响。方法:选取60例患者,分为对照组30例和观察组30例。对照组单纯应用壮医针刺治疗;观察组应用用壮医针刺联合壮药离子导入治疗。在治疗前、治疗后第7天、治疗后第14天分别测量膝关节活动度及VAS评分、HSS评分、WOMAC评分、Lysholm评分。结果:治疗后两组患者的VAS评分、WOMAC评分低于治疗前,膝关节活动度、HSS评分、Lysholm评分高于治疗前;在治疗后第7天、第14天观察组的VAS评分、WOMAC评分均低于对照组,膝关节活动度、HSS评分、Lysholm评分均高于对照组。结论:壮医针刺联合壮药离子导入能够减轻膝骨关节炎患者的疼痛,改善膝关节运动功能,提高临床疗效,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhuang medicine acupuncture combined with Zhuang medicine ion introduction in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Method Select 60 patients and divide them into a control group of 30 cases and an observation group of 30 cases.The control group was treated with Zhuang medicine acupuncture alone,while the observation group was treated with Zhuang medicine acupuncture combined with Zhuang medicine ion introduction.Measure knee joint range of motion,VAS score,HSS score,WOMAC score,and Lysholm score before treatment,7 days after treatment,and 14 days after treatment,respectively.Result After treatment,the VAS score and WOMAC score of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment,while the knee joint range of motion,HSS score,and Lysholm score were higher than before treatment;On the 7th and 14th day after treatment,the VAS score and WOMAC score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the knee joint range of motion,HSS score,and Lysholm score were higher than those of the control group.Conclusion The combination of Zhuang medicine acupuncture and Zhuang medicine ion introduction can alleviate pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis,improve knee joint movement function,and enhance clinical efficacy,which is worthy of promotion and application.
