摘　　要：甲状腺疾病的致病因素和发病原因复杂,涉及多种蛋白及信号通路,其中趋化因子及其受体成为近年研究的主要方向之一。趋化因子及其受体作为一种小型分泌蛋白,在白细胞迁移、免疫系统发育和炎症反应中起着重要作用。目前认为,趋化因子及其受体参与了甲状腺疾病的发生发展,但针对趋化因子及其受体与甲状腺疾病关系的研究仍较少。未来,应进一步深入研究趋化因子及其受体与不同甲状腺疾病的关系,以加深对不同甲状腺疾病发生机制的认识,并寻找更加有效的甲状腺疾病新疗法。The pathogenic factors and causes of thyroid diseases are complex,involving multiple proteins and signaling pathways,among which chemokines and their receptors have become one of the main research directions in recent years.Chemokines and their receptors,as small secreted proteins,play important roles in leukocyte migration,immune system development,and inflammatory responses.At present,it is believed that chemokines and their receptors are involved in the occurrence and development of thyroid diseases,but there is still limited research on the relationship of chemokines and their receptors with thyroid diseases.In the future,further in-depth research should be conducted on the relationship of chemokines and their receptors with different thyroid diseases,in order to deepen the understanding of the mechanisms underlying different thyroid diseases and seek more effective new therapies.
