摘 要:骨质疏松症是常见的骨代谢疾病之一,其发病机制复杂且涉及广泛。胆汁酸代谢与骨质疏松症骨代谢紊乱的发生机制密切相关。其中,胆汁酸可激活胆汁酸受体,包括法尼醇X受体、武田G蛋白受体5、鞘氨醇-1-磷酸受体2、维生素D受体等,被激活的胆汁酸受体通过介导多条信号转导通路(如AMP活化的蛋白激酶通路、c-Jun氨基端激酶通路、核因子κB受体活化因子配体通路)在骨质疏松的发生发展中起重要作用。而胆汁酸受体在骨质疏松症患者中的具体作用及相关机制有待进一步探讨和阐明。Osteoporosis is one of the common bone metabolic diseases,and its pathogenesis is complex and extensive.Bile acid metabolism is closely related to the occurrence mechanism of bone metabolic disorders in osteoporosis.Among them,bile acids can activate bile acid receptors including Farnesoid X receptor,Takeda G protein receptor 5,sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 2 and vitamin D receptor,which play important roles in the occurrence and development of osteoporosis by mediating multiple signal transduction pathways(such as AMP-activated protein kinase pathway,c-Jun N-terminal kinase pathway,nuclear factor-κB receptor activating ligand pathway).However,the specific roles of bile acid receptors in osteoporosis patients and the related mechanisms need to be further explored and elucidated.
