摘 要:心肌损伤是造成心脏疾病的一个重要原因,中药复方因其多靶点、多部位的综合治疗和整体调控优势,在治疗心肌损伤方面显示出独特疗效。尽管中药复方在治疗心肌损伤方面已显示出一定疗效,但其具体作用机制复杂,目前尚不完全清楚。而网络药理学强调对信号通路的多途径调节,旨在提高药物的治疗效果,并减少毒副作用发生。将网络药理学的理念与中药复方的特点相结合,可以更深入地探索中药复方治疗心肌损伤的作用机制。因此,网络药理学的应用为中药复方治疗心肌损伤带来科学化、精准化和个性化的突破,为心肌损伤的防治提供了新方法。Myocardial injury is an important cause of heart disease,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)compound prescriptions have shown unique efficacy in the treatment of myocardial injury due to their multi-target,multi-site comprehensive treatment and overall regulatory advantages.Although TCM compound have shown certain efficacy in the treatment of myocardial injury,their specific mechanism of action is complex and not fully understood.Network pharmacology emphasizes the multi-pathway regulation of signaling pathways so as to improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the toxic side effects.By integrating the concept of network pharmacology with the characteristics of TCM compound,the mechanism of action of TCM compound in the treatment of myocardial injury can be further investigated.Therefore,the application of network pharmacology has brought scientific,precise,and individualized breakthroughs to the treatment of myocardial injury with TMD compounds,providing a new method for the prevention and treatment of myocardial injury.
