摘  要:手术部位感染(SSI)作为腹部手术后常见的并发症,其发生机制和防治策略已成为外科学领域的研究热点。当前,SSI的主要风险因素包括患者自身条件及围手术期管理等关键环节。临床防治需从基础疾病管理、围手术期规范化操作及术后切口护理等多维度建立综合防控体系。现有研究集中于抗菌涂层缝线、负压封闭技术等新型干预手段的开发,但针对腹部手术相关多重耐药菌防控、基于腹腔解剖特征的个体化风险评估模型构建等方面仍存在空白。未来需重点探索基于人工智能的腹部SSI预警系统开发及循证医学指导下的阶梯式防治方案优化。通过多学科协作与转化医学研究,有望建立精准化、全程化的腹部SSI防控新模式。The occurrence mechanism and prevention strategy of surgical site infection(SSI),which is a common complication after abdominal surgery,has become a hot research topic in the field of surgery.Currently,the main risk factors for SSI include the patient′s own condition and key aspects such as perioperative management.The clinical prevention and treatment require the establishment of a comprehensive prevention and control system from multiple dimensions of the basic disease management,standardized perioperative operation and postoperative incision care.Existing research focuses on the development of new interventions such as antimicrobial coated sutures and negative pressure closure technology,but there are still gaps in the prevention and control of multidrug-resistant bacteria associated with abdominal surgery,and in the construction of an individualized risk assessment model based on anatomical features of the abdominal cavity.In the future,it′s necessary to focus on exploring the development of an early warning system for abdominal SSI based on artificial intelligence and the optimization of stepwise prevention and control programs under the guidance of evidence-based medicine.Through multidisciplinary collaboration and translational medicine research,it is expected to establish a new model of precise and whole-process prevention and control of abdominal SSI.
