摘 要:乳房包膜挛缩是乳房植入术后最常见的并发症之一,可严重影响患者的生活质量和心理健康。脂肪移植作为一种创新的治疗策略,在乳房假体包膜挛缩修复中具有独特优势。脂肪干细胞、脂肪细胞外基质等在抗纤维化方面发挥重要作用,自体脂肪移植可有效减少包膜的厚度、改善组织的血管密度,有效降低包膜挛缩的发生率。此外,整形外科、免疫学、材料科学等多学科联合也为乳房假体包膜挛缩的修复带来新机遇。未来深入研究自体脂肪在乳房假体包膜挛缩修复中的作用机制,可以为患者带来更安全、有效的治疗选择。Capsular contracture of the breast is one of the most common complications following breast implant surgery,significantly impacting the patients′quality of life and mental health.Fat grafting as an innovative therapeutic strategy,has unique advantages in repairing capsular contractures of breast implants.Adipose-derived stem cells,extracellular matrix components,and other factors in fat tissue play essential roles in antifibrotic mechanisms,and autologous fat grafting can effectively reduce capsule thickness,improve tissue vascular density,and lower the incidence of capsular contracture.Furthermore,multidisciplinary collaborations involving plastic surgery,immunology,and materials science are expected to bring new opportunities for treating breast implant-associated capsular contracture.The future in-depth research on the mechanism of autologous fat in the repair of breast implants will provide safer and more effective treatment options for the patients.
