摘　　要：目的:分析四君子汤加减结合FOLFOX4方案化疗对晚期结直肠癌患者的影响。方法:选择2022年1月—2023年12月赣州市肿瘤医院收治的60例晚期结直肠癌患者,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组行FOLFOX4方案化疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予四君子汤加减治疗,均治疗4个疗程。比较两组临床疗效、肿瘤标志物、免疫功能、健康状态及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原199(CA199)、CD8^(+)均低于对照组,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、Karnofsky功能状态量表(KPS)评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四君子汤加减结合FOLFOX4方案化疗能抑制晚期结直肠癌患者体内癌细胞增殖,提高免疫力,提高健康水平,且不良反应较少。Objective:To analyze the effect of modified Sijunzi Decoction combined with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy on patients with advanced colorectal cancer.Method:A total of 60 patients with advanced colorectal cancer admitted to Ganzhou Cancer Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received FOLFOX4 regimen chemotherapy,and the observation group received modified Sijunzi Decoction treatment on the basis of the control group,all of which were treated for 4 courses.The clinical efficacy,tumor markers,immune function,health status and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),CD8^(+)in observation group were lower than those in control group,while CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and Karnofsky functional status rating scale(KPS)score were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Sijunzi Decoction combined with FOLFOX4 regimen chemotherapy can inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells in advanced colorectal cancer patients,improve immunity,improve health level,and less adverse reactions.
