摘　　要：目的:探究硫普罗宁联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2024年4月上饶市第二人民医院收治的慢性乙型肝炎患者80例,按照随机数字法分为两组,各40例。对照组给予恩替卡韦,观察组在对照组基础上加用硫普罗宁。比较两组临床疗效、肝功能、肝纤维化指标、炎症因子及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组肝功能、肝纤维化、炎症因子指标水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:硫普罗宁联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床效果确切,可改善患者肝功能,减轻炎症反应,且安全性良好。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Tiopronin combined with Entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Method:A total of 80 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to Shangrao Second People's Hospital from May 2022 to April 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given Entecavir,and the observation group was given Tiopronin on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,liver function,liver fibrosis indexes,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the liver function,liver fibrosis and inflammatory factors indexes levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tiopronin combined with Entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B has definite clinical effect,can improve patients'liver function and reduce inflammatory reaction,and has good safety.
