摘　　要：目的探讨右脚式医用多功能开瓶器的应用价值及临床效果。方法选取2022年10月至2023年12月医院在职的100名临床护士为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组50名。对照组采用传统方法开启药瓶;观察组采用右脚式医用多功能开瓶器开启药瓶。比较两组启瓶重量、启瓶质量(不平整安瓿瓶、碎屑撒出、污染药液碎屑)、手损伤类型、手损伤程度,心理状态[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估]。结果观察组开启玻璃安剖瓶、塑料安瓿瓶、玻璃瓶塑料盖、塑料瓶双阀盖的重量大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不平整安瓿瓶、碎屑撒出、污染药液碎屑的重量小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组发生碎屑伤、碰伤、压伤、疲劳伤人数均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组发生轻微、轻度手损伤人数少于对照组(P<0.05),发生中、重度手损伤人数少于对照组,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论右脚式医用多功能开瓶器,可提高护士启瓶速度及质量,减少护士手损伤情况的发生,缓解护士工作压力。Objective To explore the application value and clinical effect of the medical multifunctional bottle opener with right foot type.Methods With the selection of 100 clinical nurses from the hospital from October 2022 to December 2023 as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 50 nurses in each group.With the use of traditional methods to open the medicine bottle in the control group,and use of the medical multifunctional bottle opener with right foot type to open the medicine bottle in the observation group,the weight and quality of bottle opening,type and degree of hand injury,as well as psychological status[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and selfrating depression scale(SDS)]were compared between the two groups.Results The weight of glass ampoules,plastic ampoules,plastic caps of glass bottles and double valve caps of plastic bottles opened by the observation group was more than those in the control group(P<0.05);In the observation group,the weight of uneven ampoule bottles,scattered debris and debris causing contamination of liquid medicine was less than those in the control group(P<0.05);The number of people with debris injury,bump injury,crush injury and fatigue injury in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of people with slight or mild hand injury in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the number of patient with moderate or severe hand injury was less than that in the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);In the observation group,SAS and SDS scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The medical multifunctional bottle opener with right foot type can improve the speed and quality of bottle opening for nurses,reduce the occurrence of hand injuries,and relieve the work pressure of nurses.
