责任清单管理模式在手术室仪器设备安全管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨责任清单管理模式在手术室仪器设备安全管理中的应用。方法选取2022年1月至12月医院在用的90套手术室仪器设备作为对照组,采用常规风险事件管理模式,并选取同期使用该设备的600例患者;选取2023年1月至12月医院在用的90套手术室仪器设备作为观察组,采用责任清单管理,并选取同期使用该设备的600例患者。比较两组管理后设备安全管理效果、运行管理质量、安全维护情况及安全管理评分。结果观察组电气损伤和液体外渗率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组设备使用操作、消毒灭菌及维护保养规范率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组设备损坏、设备维修和设备报废率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术医师和巡回护士设备安全管理评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论责任清单管理模式能明显提高手术室仪器设备的安全管理效果,改善运行管理质量,降低设备维护成本及安全风险隐患。Objective To explore the application of the responsibility list management mode in operating room equipment safety management.Methods With the selection of 90 sets of operating room equipment as the control group from January to December 2022,600 patients using these devices during the same period were selected to adopt traditional incident response management;With the selection of 90 sets of operating room equipment from January to December 2023 as the observation group,600 patients using these devices during the same period were selected to adopt responsibility list management.The effectiveness of equipment safety management,operational management quality,security maintenance situation,and safety management scores were compared between the two groups after management.Results The electrical damage,and liquid leakage rates in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The standardized rates of equipment usage,disinfection,sterilization,and maintenance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The rates of equipment damage,maintenance,and scrapping in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The equipment safety management scores of the surgical physicians and itinerant nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The responsibility list management mode could significantly improve the safety management effect of operating room equipment,improve the quality of operation management,reduce equipment safety maintenance costs and safety risks.
