摘 要:目的探究信息化追溯闭环管理在手术室复用器械管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月医院8642件手术室复用器械包为研究对象,根据管理方法不同分为两组,2022年1月至12月采用常规器械管理方法的4263件手术室复用器械包为对照组,2023年1月至12月采用信息化追溯闭环管理方法的4379件手术室复用器械包为观察组。比较两组器械管理质量。结果观察组器械丢失率、器械缺陷率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组器械清洗合格率、灭菌合格率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组器械周转时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组器械性能、器械周转、器械完整度满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论信息化追溯闭环管理可降低手术室复用器械丢失率及器械缺陷率,提升器械清洗消毒合格率,缩短器械周转时间,提高器械管理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of informatization traceability closed-loop management in the management of reusable instruments in the operating room.Methods With the selection of 8642 reusable surgical instrument packages in hospitals from January 2022 to December 2023 as the research objects,according to different management methods,they were divided into two groups.With the 4263 reusable surgical instrument packages using the conventional instrument management method from January to December 2022 as the control group,and 4379 reusable surgical instrument packages using the informatization traceability closed-loop management method from January to December 2023 as the observation group,the quality of instrument management was compared between the two groups.Results The rates of instrument loss and instrument defect in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The qualified rates of instrument cleaning and sterilization in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The instrument turnover time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction scores of instrument performance,instrument turnover,and instrument integrity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Informatization traceability closed-loop management can reduce the loss rate and defect rate of reusable instruments in the operating room,improve the qualification rate of instrument cleaning and disinfection,shorten instrument turnover time,and enhance instrument management satisfaction.
