戴明循环法在医用骨科高值耗材封闭式管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的为了探讨戴明循环法在医用骨科高值耗材封闭式、管理中的应用效果。方法总结医院医用骨科高值耗材管控过程中存在的问题和缺陷,采用因果图分析医院医用骨科高值耗材管控和手术器械合格率偏低的原因,利用戴明循环法(计划、执行、检查和处理)对医用骨科高值耗材封闭式管理流程进行持续质量改进,制定标准化的医用骨科高值耗材系统性封闭式管理方式和处置流程,并通过管理实践验证其应用效果。结果医用骨科高值耗材封闭式管理实施后验收合格率由2021年的90.24%(296/328)增长至2022年的98.62%(359/364)。结论戴明循环法能够显著提升医用骨科高值耗材和手术器械的封闭管理水平。Objective In order to exploring the effectiveness of the Deming cycle method in the closed,management of high value consumables in medical orthopedics.Methods Firstly,analyze the problems and defects in the control process of high-value orthopedic consumables in our hospital.Secondly,use a causal diagram to analyze the reasons for the low qualification rate of high-value orthopedic consumables tubes and surgical instruments in the hospital.Then,use the four stages of plann,do,check and action of the Deming cycle method to continuously improve the quality of the closed management process of medical high-value consumables.Develop a standardized systematic closed management method and disposal process for high-value consumables,and validate its application through management practices.Results The results showed that the use of Deming cycle method increased the qualification rate of high-value orthopedic consumables and surgical instruments from 90%to 98%.Conclusion Proposed method can significantly improve the closed management level of high-value orthopedic consumables and surgical instruments.
