摘 要:目的:观察超短波理疗清肺-高频脉冲震荡排痰结合三维适性支持在重症肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法:选择2023年6月—2024年5月于赣州市妇幼保健院就诊的重症肺炎患儿88例为观察样本,以随机数字表法分为试验组44例及对照组44例,对照组依重症肺炎儿童常规模式开展护理,试验组加用超短波理疗清肺-高频脉冲震荡排痰结合三维适性支持,对两组干预两周后的各观察指标进行比较。结果:试验组遵医优良率、护理后Kolcaba舒适状态量表(GCQ)评分均高于对照组,日均排痰量多于对照组,咳嗽消失时间、啰音消失时间均早于对照组,护理后临床肺部感染评分(CPIS)低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用超短波理疗清肺-高频脉冲震荡排痰结合三维适性支持对重症肺炎患儿实施干预,可提升患儿遵医度、治疗舒适度与日排痰量,加快康复进度,提高其肺部感染控制效果。Objective:To observe the application effect of ultra short wave therapy for clearing the lungs,high-frequency pulse oscillation for expectoration,and three-dimensional adaptive support in children with severe pneumonia.Method:A total of 88 children with severe pneumonia treated at Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the observation sample.They were randomly divided into an experimental group of 44 cases and a control group of 44 cases using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing care for children with severe pneumonia,while the experimental group received ultra short wave therapy for clearing the lungs,high-frequency pulse oscillation for expectoration,and threedimensional adaptive support.The observation indicators of the two groups after 2 weeks of intervention were compared.Result:The excellent and good rate of compliance,Kolcaba general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)score after intervention of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and daily sputum output of the experimental group was more than that of the control group,while the cough disappearance time,rales disappearance time of the experimental group were earlier than those of the control group,and clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS)after intervention was lower than that of the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of using ultra short wave therapy for clearing the lungs,high-frequency pulse oscillation for expectoration,and three-dimensional adaptive support for children with severe pneumonia can improve their compliance with medical treatment,treatment comfort,daily sputum output,promote their recovery progress,and improve their lung infection control effect.
