摘　　要：目的:探讨层级心理护理联合五行音乐对剖宫产产妇围手术期心理焦虑的影响。方法:选取上饶市妇幼保健院2023年1—12月收治的符合条件的80例剖宫产产妇,随机分为两组(n=40),其中对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用层级心理护理联合五行音乐干预。评估两组产妇的焦虑情绪、睡眠质量、康复情况及护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组的焦虑情绪评分、睡眠质量评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产产妇采用层级心理护理联合五行音乐可改善心理焦虑,提高睡眠质量,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of hierarchical psychological care combined with fiveelements music on perioperative psychological anxiety of women undergoing cesarean section.Method:A total of 80 eligible women with cesarean section who were admitted to Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups(n=40),in which the control group was treated with conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with hierarchical psychological care combined with five-element music intervention.The anxiety,sleep quality,recovery and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Result:After intervention,the anxiety mood score and sleep quality score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of hierarchical psychological care combined with five-element music in cesarean section women can improve psychological anxiety,improve sleep quality,shorten hospital stay,and improve nursing satisfaction.
