摘　　要：重症患者常因创伤、手术、应激、疾病等多种因素,导致患者血糖变异性升高。医务人员提高对重症患者血糖的精细化管理能力,对改善重症患者预后至关重要,血糖监测在重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)中的重要性日益凸显。动态葡萄糖监测(continuous glucose monitoring,CGM)是一种通过测定患者皮下组织间液葡萄糖浓度,间接反映患者血糖水平的监测技术,有助于掌握患者的整体血糖水平,辅助血糖管理。此项技术的问世,可以为重症患者及临床医师提供全面、连续、可靠的全天血糖数据,已在重症医学领域引起广泛重视。Critically ill patients often experience high glucose variability due to various factors,including trauma,surgery,stress,and illness.Healthcare professionals must enhance their capacity for meticulous glucose management in these patients,as it plays a crucial role in improving outcomes.The significance of glucose monitoring in the Intensive Care Unit(ICU)has become increasingly prominent.Continuous glucose monitoring(CGM)is a technique that measures glucose concentration in the interstitial fluid of the patient's subcutaneous tissue,providing an indirect reflection of blood glucose levels.This method aids in understanding a patient's overall glucose status and supports effective glucose management.The advent of this technology supplies comprehensive,continuous,and reliable all-day glucose data for critically ill patients and their clinicians,garnering considerable attention in the field of critical care medicine.
